Support Center

In order to streamline support requests and provide quality customer service we utilise a support ticket system which assigns each support request a unique ticket number and directs your query to the most appropriate Scientific Sales team member.  You can use your ticket number to track the progress of your query.  If you have a new query please open a new ticket below and one of our friendly staff will contact you shortly (a valid email address is required). 

TO ENSURE A PROMPT RESPONSE if you are contacting us about a product you have purchased please include your model number, date of purchase, where you purchased the product and your invoice number.
