Shipping & Delivery
The delivery charge is calculated on the size and weight of the delivery. You will see the full delivery charge before completing your purchase. In general, delivery to New Zealand addresses takes between 1-3 business days nationwide following receipt of payment (although this can be up to 7 days in exceptional circumstances) with an extra 1-2 days for rural delivery. On occasion not all items ordered will be available in stock. We will, at our discretion, deliver the goods available at the time and the rest as soon as they become available. We will keep you informed about the expected delivery time of the missing item. Delivery is by way of signature required courier. In many cases the courier will attempt delivery and if no one is home they will leave a card to contact them to arrange redelivery or pickup from their depot. We are able to deliver to most countries however for non-New Zealand addresses please contact us for a shipping quote prior to purchase as you will be unable to do so through the website ordering system.
Privacy & Security
We promise not to pass on any of your information to anyone else and to use your personal information only for the purpose you gave it to us. We will protect your information and we will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your information will not be disclosed to any unauthorised person or organisation. We do not share your details with other persons or companies, with the exception of our designated courier company who will be given only the specific personal information required to make the delivery. You can edit or delete your details on our database at any time online or by simply contacting us.
We warrant our products to be free of defects in components and workmanship, under normal use and service, for one year from the date of original purchase. While we and our suppliers make every effort to carefully manufacture our products to the highest standards of quality, occasionally parts may be found to be missing, defective, or damaged. If you have a defective part, return the product to us (the cost of returning the item(s) to us is your cost, the cost of returning the item(s) to you is our cost). Include proof of purchase and a fully completed RMA form. For all warranty claims you must contact us first and receive an RMA form which you must return with the item(s). During the warranty period we will, at our option, either repair or replace the product free of charge. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper installation or use, lightning, negligence, accident, unauthorised service, or to incidental or consequential damages beyond the products themselves. This warranty and obligations hereunder is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of suitability and fitness for a particular purpose. Neither we nor our suppliers will be liable for any consequential damages caused by the failure of our equipment.
You can return any product you have purchased from our website (with the exception of software or electronic data products such as GPS maps) for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase, no matter what the reason. Refunds are available for the value of the goods only, freight or courier costs will not be refunded (both to you and for the return). The product must be returned in its original condition with packaging and invoice. For all returns you must contact us first and receive an RMA form which you must return with the item(s). For a complete refund items must be in original condition, show no signs of wear, and be received back within 14-days from date of shipment. Include all original packaging, accessories (e.g. power adapters, straps, cords etc.) and paperwork (e.g. owners manual, warranty card, etc.). You are responsible for the goods until they safely reach our warehouse, as such we recommend taking care when packing items for return to prevent damage. We also recommend you use a reputable courier company such as CourierPost who you can make a claim against if your item is lost or damaged in transit. Returns take approximately 7-10 working days to clear and process.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All prices include GST unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. You will receive a tax invoice at the time of purchase by email and a hardcopy with your item(s). We accept credit card (Mastercard and Visa) and bank transfer/deposit. Credit card payments are processed securely by Direct Payment Solutions (DPS), we do not receive or store credit card details. To pay by bank transfer/deposit please contact us through our support page with your order and we will email you an invoice with bank details for you to pay against. Your goods will ship upon receipt of payment.
